Deposits & cancellations

✦A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It is applied to your service total.
✦Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are treated as a cancellation.
✦Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
✦Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and considered a no-show. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened service.

✦For the comfort and safety of all clients, no additional guests or children are allowed inside the studio. Pets are not permitted.
✦All surfaces and tools are disinfected between clients, and appointments are spaced to allow a full clean-up.
✦Please follow the preparation guidelines listed on each service (clean lashes, no retinoids near the area, etc.). If a contraindication is present, the service may not be performed for your safety.

✦Appointments before opening, after closing or on Sundays are VIP hours and carry an extra charge. To request one, text (813) 760-7051.

✦Makeup, hair and bridal services can be performed at your location. Travel fee: $30 for 1–20 miles, plus $1 per additional mile beyond 20 miles. Service area up to 50 miles.
